Věnuje se především cvičení pilates, spočívající v zpevňování hlubokých břišních svalů tvořících oporu páteře. Na tomto cvičení jí fascinuje, že člověk nikdy není příliš mladý ani starý na to, aby ho mohl provozovat a pocítit jeho benefity. Z pilates si do ostatních druhů cvičení odnáší správné držení těla, dýchání a také přesnost.

Thanks to growing up in a village in the heart of the Jizera Mountains, I have always been very close to movement and sports. It started with a passion for cross-country skiing and continued all the way to the junior national team in biathlon, where I had the opportunity to work with excellent sports physiotherapists. That was when the first thought came to me—that I wanted to be able to do what they do. In 2019, I completed my Bachelor’s degree at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at Charles University and began further self-study through postgraduate courses to get as close as possible to my goal.

She concluded her athletic career by winning the title of European Champion in sport aerobics.
She was happy to have accomplished everything with excellence, yet at the same time sad to bring her sixteen-year career to an end.

Radka is the Managing Director of Fitstop. She studied diplomacy and later economics. She then spent several years leading the sales department at a development company, where she experienced the effects of a sedentary job firsthand.

She has always been interested in sports and their impact on both physical and mental well-being. She has completed numerous professional seminars in the fields of psychology and physiotherapy.

She became convinced of how essential good health is as the foundation of success, and that workplace atmosphere is just as important.

Over the years, she founded Fitstop s.r.o. to support the health and well-being of employees. She drew inspiration from similar licensed services abroad that are commonly provided to employees in successful corporations.
